Niamh provides a personal, one to one service for all her clients.

She is happy to meet you for a one to one consultation to address the issues you are experiencing. She also provides a two-hour home consultation service where she will come to your home and spend time with you and your little one, providing guidance, reassurance and practical tips. This service is most appropriate in addressing sleep training and re-training.

Niamh believes that there is no “one fix fits all”, so each family will be provided with a tailor made plan, catering for each family’s unique needs. Niamh’s kind, gentle, practical and approachable manner can help you on the road to a happier and calmer family life.
